NYAGA Summit and Safari Kenya recently had the privilege of supporting a climate-focused filming and research team on Mount Kenya. The purpose of the project was to study and document the continued reduction of the mountain’s glaciers and better understand the environmental changes affecting this iconic peak.
The expedition ascended via the Chogoria Route, known for its spectacular scenery and access to key glacier observation areas. After completing their high-altitude research and filming operations, the team descended through the Naro Moru Route, allowing them to document diverse alpine landscapes across different elevations.
