Day 1: Chogoria Gate → Lake Ellis Camp
Distance: 8 km
Altitude: 3,450 m
Highlights: Bamboo forests, moorlands, Temple & Mugi Hills views, waterfalls
Activity: Begin hike from Chogoria Gate; enjoy scenic landscapes
Overnight: Lake Ellis Camp
Day 2: Lake Ellis → Mintos Camp
Distance: 11 km
Altitude: 4,279 m
Highlights: Alpine moorlands, Gorges Valley, giant lobelias, tarns, waterfalls
Activity: Trek through dramatic landscapes; afternoon acclimatization walk
Overnight: Mintos Camp
Day 3: Mintos → Point Lenana → Met Station (Naro Moru)
Distance: ~12 km (summit + descent)
Altitude: Summit 4,985 m, Met Station 3,150 m
Highlights: Sunrise at Point Lenana, panoramic views of Batian & Nelion peaks, Austrian Hut, Teleki Valley
Activity: Early summit attempt (~2–3 AM), descend via Naro Moru Route
Overnight: Met Station
Day 4: Met Station → Naro Moru Gate → Nairobi
Distance: ~12 km descent
Altitude: 2,600 m at Naro Moru Gate
Highlights: Forest zone descent, exit through Naro Moru Gate
Activity: Drive back to Nairobi
